The company was founded in 2012. We started our business as a subcontractor and carried out plastering and electrical work, as well as renovation and restoration of private residential buildings.

In 2015, after carefully studying the building codes and norms, we made the decision to start our own construction of residential buildings. Our focus was on residential development in the private sector. During this period, we got to know our customers ‘ preferences and developed our projects further: we worked on floor plans, constructions, optimized construction processes and searched for our unique style and design.

In 2023, we completed a series of type projects that reflect our vision of comfortable, sustainable, beautiful and affordable housing. Here we chose to fully invest in stenhus, something that makes us unique in the region where we operate. Their design combines gotlandic architecture with modern minimalism and combines aesthetics with function, while Stone provides long service life, fire safety and high energy efficiency.

Since then, we have actively promoted our company on the Swedish small house market, with a clear focus on quality stone houses. We continue to develop our projects and work purposefully to offer homes that last for generations.
